Haverhill is Growing Choice For Industrial Space

Lack of suitable and affordable industrial premises in the Cambridge area is encouraging more and more companies to consider Haverhill says Jeffersons Commercial, which is seeing an increase in business from the area.

Jeffersons was appointed in the summer to handle lettings for the 55 acre park Haverhill Business Park, along with CBRE and Rumsey and Partners. An additional 600,000 sq ft of buildings are to be developed at Haverhill Business Park for bespoke freehold and leasehold buildings of up to 200,000 sq ft.

The 2798 sq ft Unit 1 has also been let to Easyfleet Vehicles Ltd on a three year lease for �16,000 per annum. The units are part of a 3.86 acre site of 18 units.
