Culina more than double job numbers at the park

In early August, when Culina Logistics open their bespoke distribution facility on Haverhill Business Park they will be employing some 350 people – bringing job numbers created so far at the Park to a total in excess of 650.

The developers are able to offer very competitive terms on leasehold or freehold design and build packages on buildings or freehold land sales. Buildings are available from 5,000 sq ft up to a massive 211,500 sq ft. Land can be purchased from 0.5 acres upwards. Following agreement of terms buildings can typically be delivered within 12 months.
